“Mostra Artisti Contemporanei Iraniani”

In October 2003, the "Pietro della Valle" Italian School organised an event of great artistic importance which gave a decisive impulse to a series of meetings aimed at strengthening relations between our two countries. The event put on display 19 Iranian artists, including painters and photographers of consolidated international fame. For the first time in Iran and in a foreign academic institute, artists of diverse origins and cultural formation agreed to exhibit together contributing to reinforcing the importance of our school in Iranian territory.
